Apply and create your dojo account here, then save your payment method on Stripe. The card will not be charged unless the dojo approves your application. Add each student below; your family can use the same email, account, and payment method. The standard one-time registration fee is $200.00 per student; the dojo can adjust or waive it for each application.

I understand that aikido involves falls, throws, pins, joint locks, contact, and ordinary risks of injury. I voluntarily assume those risks and, to the fullest extent permitted by California law, release Aikido of San Leandro, its instructors, staff, and facility except where prohibited by law. I agree to follow instructor directions and dojo safety rules.
