Applications are reviewed by the dojo before billing is set up. Add each student below; the dojo reviews and bills each student separately, while your family can use the same email and dojo account. The standard one-time registration fee is $200.00 per student; the dojo can adjust or waive it for each application.

Waiver and dojo policies

I understand that aikido involves falls, throws, pins, joint locks, contact, and ordinary risks of injury. I voluntarily assume those risks and, to the fullest extent permitted by California law, release Aikido of San Leandro, its instructors, staff, and facility except where prohibited by law. I agree to follow instructor directions and dojo safety rules.
