Waiver and release

I understand that aikido is a physical activity involving falls, throws, pins, joint locks, contact with other participants, and other risks of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume the ordinary risks of the activity. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release Aikido of San Leandro, its instructors, staff, and facility from claims arising from my participation, except where such a release is prohibited by law. I agree to follow instructor directions and dojo safety rules.
